Cue was built by Chelsea Sutton, who spent her career inside the environments where high-stakes performance actually happens.

FOUNDER


Chelsea Sutton grew up in an entrepreneurial family in the equine industry. She watched her parents build institutions from the ground up — from Dygert Stables, a horse training and breeding operation to developing the NRHA judges program, running national competitions, and expanding and operating facilities at the scale of the 300-acre WestWorld of Scottsdale. That exposure shaped an early understanding of how entrepreneurship can solve problems, change lives, and how leadership, visibility, and timing intersect when organizations scale.

At 19, Chelsea began announcing live equine events. She announced from Temecula, California, to Paris, France, The AQHA World Show to The Run For A Million Qualifier, becoming the first woman to announce the National Reining Horse Association Derby. At that level, live environments operate on timing, crowd psychology, and the ability to read what a moment requires in real time. There is no second take.

This live event experience paired with Chelsea’s passion for teaching has provided her the opportunity to speak on stages for business, marketing and conference hosting. From intimate high-impact workshops for 12, to stages of thousands, Chelsea offers keynotes, educational seminars and emceeing.

Launch environments operate under the same conditions as live events — compressed timelines, public perception, and significant financial stakes. This operating instinct became the foundation of Cue’s approach: read the environment, identify the leverage point, and move with precision. Chelsea has spent 14+ years building a repeatable proprietary framework that the entire Cue PR + Marketing team utilizes.

After graduating from Arizona State University with his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management, Nish has crafted a career rooted in helping others achieve their dreams. Nish is passionate about aligning client’s business and marketing activities with their purpose and passion. He has worked in every major facet of marketing, from organic and paid content to campaign planning and public relations, and now operates as a Senior Marketing Strategist overseeing Cue PR+ Marketing’s client campaigns.

Nish has been with Cue PR + Marketing for over 7 years and has been at the helm for building the strategy for successful client launches from Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (7 locations) to award winning nationally acclaimed locally-owned restaurants such as Elliott’s Steakhouse (A Top 100 US Steakhouse, by Yelp).
